Cozy up with this warm fall-flavored apple latte.

Apple sauce, almond milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon along with some coffee are the simple ingredients that make this a fall favorite. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

For latte

  • 1 shot of expresso (you can also use brewed coffee of choice)
  • Plant-based milk made with the NutraMilk to fill mug (I used almond)
  • 2 tbsp. Apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Caramel sauce (store bought or homemade)
  • cinnamon
  • whipped cream (optional-use coconut whipped cream for plant-based recipe)

For almond milk

  • 1 cup (150g) almonds
  • 1 quart (946ml) water
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

For almond Milk

  • Start by making fresh almond milk with the NutraMilk:
    • Place almonds in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 7 minutes.
    • Press Start.
    • Add water and replace lid.
    • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
    • Press Start.
    • Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container with almond milk.
  • Whisk together milk, apple sauce and caramel sauce until well-combined.
  • Pour expresso into coffee mug and fill with milk mixture.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
