Some Things to Consider
To ensure that your claim is processed and delivered with the highest level of service, please:

Include as much information as possible when submitting your claim

  • Due to the global supply chain disruptions are unable to get many replacement parts - If what you want is out of stock, please keep checking back. 
  • Don’t dispose of or return the the item to us before we contact you
  • Allow up to 10 business days to process your claim
  • Your satisfaction is as important to us as your elevated coffee experience! To begin a claim, fill out the form below.
  • Glass carafes are not covered under the warranty.
  • International customers will be responsible for the shipping cost and any fees/duties/taxes at customs. 

To all customers of Bonavita products - 

The brand has recently undergone a business restructuring which has resulted in new management of Bonavita brand product distribution. 

Product design and manufacturing remain unchanged.

Bonavita products sold prior to January 1st, 2021 are covered by warranties and customer service offered by the prior distributor. We understand that the prior distributor is no longer supporting the products it sold.

We understand that this transition may confuse and inconvenience customers of the Bonavita brand. We want you to be happy with your Bonavita products – no matter who you bought it from and we will work to provide the best products and customer service support during this transition phase.

Please understand that while we are not responsible for repairing or replacing products purchased before January 1st, 2021, we will do our best to provide troubleshooting and customer service support wherever possible. Unfortunately, however, we will not be providing refunds or replacement products for any of these products purchased before January 1st, 2021.

We are currently working hard to work through the global supply chain crisis and to improve our supply of product components to support customer service. 

On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to provide replacement parts at either our cost, or the customer’s, depending upon the age of the product and availability of parts.
