At Bonavita, we are coffee lovers and are passionate about creating great products. We strive to make great products but understand that things happen, so we offer a competitive warranty on our products.

Some Things to Consider
To ensure that your claim is processed and delivered with the highest level of service, please:
Include as much information as possible when submitting your claim
- Shipping is the responsibility of the claimant.
- Due to the global supply chain disruptions we are unable to get many replacement parts - If what you want is out of stock, please keep checking back.
- Don’t dispose of or return the the item to us before we contact you
- Allow up to 10 business days to process your claim
- Your satisfaction is as important to us as your elevated coffee experience! To begin a claim, fill out the form below.
- Glass carafes are not covered under the warranty.
- Warranty does not reset from the date of replacement, it is still from the date of original purchase.
We are currently working hard to work through the global supply chain crisis and to improve our supply of product components to support customer service.
On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to provide replacement parts at either our cost, or the customer’s, depending upon the age of the product and availability of parts.
