Making green vegetable juices are a great way to boost nutrient intake that your body will benefit from. You will be adding loads of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and certain plant-compounds that protect your health. No need to own a juicer, you can simply make it with the NutraMilk. There are so many vegetable and fruit combinations that are delicious and nutritious.

Check out the recipe below and feel to add or change according to what you have in your fridge or what you like.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 green apples*
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 1 cup spinach,
  • 1 cup kale or any choice leafy greens
  • Water

Other possible ingredients to add:

  • Celery
  • Mint
  • Parsley
  • Kiwi

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing them thoroughly. Chop apples, cucumber into chunks.

  • Add all ingredients into the NutraMilk and process for a few minutes until the they start to release their natural juice into the outer container. Once you notice there is no more juice being released - add a little bit of water. As much as you want to make enough juice but as little as possible so you get a nutrient rich juice. If you want to make several cups- it´s best to add more vegetables or double the amount of ingredients above. Process once more with water until more juice is released.
  • Dispense into container.

  • Enjoy as soon as possible after juice is freshly made so you get the most of it´s nutritional benefits.
