This vibrant delicious beet juice is naturally sweet and packed with health-boosting nutrients.

Beets pack a serious nutritional punch- they are great sources of fiber, vitamins and minerals such as folate, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. But they also provide some special plant-compounds such as Betalains which have strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity in the body protecting you from disease. Plus, the well-known, ¨Nitrates¨ which have been associated with reduced blood pressure and improved athletic performance.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 medium beets, peeled or scrubbed clean and tops trimmed
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Other possible ingredients add:

  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Orange

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing them thoroughly. You can choose to peel beets or scrub them clean. Chop beets and apple into chunks.

  • Add beets, apple and lemon juice to the NutraMilk and process for a few minutes until the they start to release their natural juice into the outer container. Once you notice there is no more juice being released- add a little bit of water. As much as you want to make enough juice but as little as possible so you get a nutrient rich juice. If you want to make several cups- it´s best to add more vegetables or double the amount of ingredients above. Process once more with water until more juice is released.
  • Dispense into container.

  • Enjoy as soon as possible after juice is freshly made so you get the most of it´s nutritional benefits.
