Celery is full of valuable nutrients that support health. It´s contains many important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, C, K, potassium, folate and most uniquely are the high levels of antioxidants & phytonutrients including flavonoids that it provides, which have been linked to many health benefits such as cancer protection, digestive health and reduced blood pressure.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch organic celery

Other possible ingredients to add:

  • Apple
  • Cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Separate and wash the celery stalks. Chop into chunks.
  • Add celery chunks into the NutraMilk and process for a few minutes until they start to release their natural juice into the outer container. Once you notice there is no more juice being released - add a little bit of water. As much as you want to make enough juice but as little as possible so you get a nutrient rich juice. If you want to make several cups- it´s best to add more vegetables or double the amount of ingredients above. Process once more with water until more juice is released.
  • Dispense into container.

  • Enjoy as soon as possible after juice is freshly made so you get the most of it´s nutritional benefits.
