INGREDIENTS

For cashew milk

  • 1 cup (150g) cashews
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)

For shake

  • 3 very ripe bananas, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 3 cups cashew milk made with the NutraMilk
  • 1 cup fresh kale, packed
  • 4-5 dried pitted dates, soaked for 30 minutes and drained or 1-2 tbsp raw agave, optional
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves or 1/2 tsp. mint extract
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs, optional topping

INSTRUCTIONS

For cashew Milk

  • Start by making fresh cashew milk with the NutraMilk:
    • Place cashews in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 3 minutes.
    • Press Start.
    • Open the container lid, add water and replace lid.
    • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
    • Press Start.
    • Press Dispense.
    • Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
  • Add all shake ingredients in the NutraMilk and press ¨Mix¨untill creamy and smooth.

  • Top with cacao nibs or chopped chocolate bar and serve immediately.
