Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS
For cashew milk
- 1 cup (150g) cashews
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
For shake
- 3 very ripe bananas, frozen and cut into chunks
- 3 cups cashew milk made with the NutraMilk
- 1 cup fresh kale, packed
- 4-5 dried pitted dates, soaked for 30 minutes and drained or 1-2 tbsp raw agave, optional
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves or 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- 1 tbsp. cacao nibs, optional topping
INSTRUCTIONS
For cashew Milk
- Start by making fresh cashew milk with the NutraMilk:
- Place cashews in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 3 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid, add water and replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense.
- Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
- Add all shake ingredients in the NutraMilk and press ¨Mix¨untill creamy and smooth.
- Top with cacao nibs or chopped chocolate bar and serve immediately.
