Peanut Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
For peanut milk
- 1 cup (137g) peanuts
- 3 cups (710ml) water
For smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup peanut milk made with the NutraMilk
- 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (about 4.5 ounces)
- pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by making fresh peanut milk with the NutraMilk:
- Place peanuts in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 1 minute.
- Press Start.
- Add water and replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container with peanut milk.
- Place all smoothie ingredients in the NutraMilk and Mix until smooth. Enjoy!
