Whipped Iced Almond Milk Latte

INGREDIENTS
For whipped iced almond milk latte
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. instant espresso granules
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
- ½ cup unsweetened, homemade almond milk made with the NutraMilk
- ½ cup ice cubes
For almond milk
- 1 cup (150g) almonds
- 1 quart (946ml) water
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by making fresh almond milk with the NutraMilk:
- Place almonds in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 7 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Add water and replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container with almond milk.
- Add espresso granules + sugar substitute to hot water.
- Using a frothing wand, whisk mixture until fluffy (about 1.5-2 min).
- Add ice cubes to cup.
- Top with homemade almond milk created using your NutraMilk.
