INGREDIENTS
For macadamia nut butter
- 2 cups (270g) raw macadamia nuts
Caramel layer
- 1/3 of macadamia nut butter made with the NutraMilk
- 4 fresh dates, stones removed
Chocolate layer
- 1/3 of macadamia nut butter made with the NutraMilk
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- maple syrup (optional)
Vanilla layer
- 1/3 of macadamia nut butter made with the NutraMilk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- ¼ cup maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
For macadamia nut butter
- Start by making fresh macadamia milk with the NutraMilk:
- Place macadamia nuts in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 4-5 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid. If necessary, set for an additional minute for a creamier butter.
- Take out and divide butter in 3 equal parts for each layer.
- For the caramel layer, place ingredients in the NutraMilk and Mix until smooth. Spread into the bottom of the jar.
- Make vanilla layer next but set aside to use as the last and top layer. If you make chocolate layer first- you will have to wash the NutraMilk container. Place ingredients in the NutraMilk and Mix until smooth, set aside to spread over the chocolate layer.
- For the chocolate layer, place ingredients in the NutraMIlk and Mix until smooth. Spread on top of the caramel layer.
- Place a lid on jar and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
