INGREDIENTS

For macadamia nut butter

  • 2 cups (270g) raw macadamia nuts

Caramel layer

  • 1/3 of macadamia nut butter made with the NutraMilk
  • 4 fresh dates, stones removed

Chocolate layer

  • 1/3 of macadamia nut butter made with the NutraMilk
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • maple syrup (optional)

Vanilla layer

  • 1/3 of macadamia nut butter made with the NutraMilk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

For macadamia nut butter

  • Start by making fresh macadamia milk with the NutraMilk:
    • Place macadamia nuts in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 4-5 minutes.
    • Press Start.
    • Open the container lid. If necessary, set for an additional minute for a creamier butter.
    • Take out and divide butter in 3 equal parts for each layer.
  • For the caramel layer, place ingredients in the NutraMilk and Mix until smooth. Spread into the bottom of the jar.
  • Make vanilla layer next but set aside to use as the last and top layer. If you make chocolate layer first- you will have to wash the NutraMilk container. Place ingredients in the NutraMilk and Mix until smooth, set aside to spread over the chocolate layer.
  • For the chocolate layer, place ingredients in the NutraMIlk and Mix until smooth. Spread on top of the caramel layer.
  • Place a lid on jar and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
