INGREDIENTS
For almond cashew milk
- 1/2 cup (75g) cashews
- 1/2 cup (75g) almonds
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
For pudding
- 1 cup cashew milk or any other plant-based milk made with the NutraMilk
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 3 tbsp. of oats (optional)*
- sweetener of choice such as stevia, honey, maple syrup (optional)*
INSTRUCTIONS
For cashew Milk
- Start by making fresh almond cashew milk with the NutraMilk:
- Place cashews & almonds in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 7 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid, add water and replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense.
- Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
For pudding
- Combine everything in mason jar or bowl. Stir/shake to combine.
- Let sit for at least 30 mins -1 hour to soak and soften the chia seeds. It´s even better to refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency.
- When you are ready to eat- add any toppings you like such as berries, nuts, and seeds, nut butter, etc.
