When I first unpacked this, I panicked. "I GOT THE WRONG SIZE" No way was this going to hold enough water to fill my 34oz pour over coffee system. WRONG. The one liter line inside is no lie! Amazing volumetric efficiency.
I love the "hold" feature which works until you take the kettle off the stand & then STOPS. I've had other electric kettles which keep holding after you re-dock which means you have to constantly doubt yourself you didn't put it back on so empty you'll burn the thing. This is so much better. I'm totally in love.
AND NO POINTLESS BEEPING which means I can start making coffee while my wife is still asleep & not wake her up simply by making the coffee.
It does just what I was hoping it would do. Heats the water quickly, Holds the temperature withing 2-3 degrees, Pours smoothly and the way the handle sits, the steam doesn't come back and burn you.
I would recommend this product to any coffee or tea lover.

Super for Pour-over. I use this daily for preparing coffee. The Kettle is comfortable to hold, weighted well providing a gentle pour. The feature set is intuitive (heat, hold, timer) and easy to toggle through, plus the temperature reads precise. Overall thoughtfully designed and well built!
