INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups homemade chocolate nice cream or chocolate ice cream of choice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seed milk or other plant-based milk made with the NutraMilk
- 3-4 tbsp. pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter made with the NutraMilk
- 2 peanut butter cups or other chocolate of choice
- Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate, for garnish
For peanut butter
- 2 cups (275g) peanuts (untoasted, unsalted)
- pinch salt (optional)
For pumpkin seed milk
- 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds (90 g)
- 1 quart water (946 mL)
- pinch of Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
INGREDIENTS
- Making the peanut butter
- Place peanuts in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 2-3 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid.
- If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.
- Making pumpkin seed milk
- Place pumpkin seeds and salt in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 5-6 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid, add water. Replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change this default time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense.
- Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
- Add the ice cream, milk, pumpkin purée and ºpeanut butter the NutraMilk. Process until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the milkshake into a glass. Chop up the peanut butter cups or chocolate and use it to top the milkshake. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired. Enjoy immediately!
