In a Nutshell
Our recipes, diet, health, wellness and fitness blogazine, where we bring you weekly advice, ideas and inspiration for living a healthier lifestyle and your NutraMilk processor.
Oat milk is a good choice for anyone who is allergic or intolerant to dairy, nuts and/or soy. It can even be safe, generally, for those who have a gluten intolerance. Oats are gluten-free in nature but they are typically processed in a factory with wheat products, resulting in a potential for cross-contamination, so be sure to read labels carefully if you have a gluten sensitivity or celiac disease.
Oat milk is low in calories compared to dairy milk and other homemade nut milks so it's also a good option if you are on a low-calorie diet. Also low in fat, especially saturated fat and naturally cholesterol free. It's a good source of minerals such as thiamin, magnesium and phosphorus. Be sure to try our other oat milk recipes too!
