Vanilla Snickerdoodle Cashew Butter & Peppermint Chocolate Almond Milk

Vanilla Snickerdoodle Cashew Butter
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups raw cashew
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
INSTRTUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in the NutraMilk
- Press Butter cycle, set for 5-6 minutes.
- Press Start
- Open the container lid.
- If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.
Peppermint Chocolate Almond Milk
INGREDIENTS
For almond milk
- 1 cup (150g) raw almonds
- 1 quart (946ml) water
- 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder
- ¼ or ½ tsp. peppermint extract
- pinch salt (optional)
- Place almonds, maple syrup, cacao powder, peppermint extract and salt in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 7 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Add water and replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container.
