This peanut grape milk makes a great mid-day snack! With almost 10g of protein per glass & heart-healthy fats, it will satisfy your hunger and sweet, creamy craving plus keep you satisfied till your next meal. Also a good source of many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants including: iron, vitamin C, vitamin E, B-complex vitamins, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Enjoy!
Yield: 3 cups / 710 mL
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanuts (137 g)
- 3 cups water (710 mL)
- ½ cup unsweetened grape juice concentrate (118 mL)
- 1 Tablespoon non-GMO sunflower lecithin (optional)* *This milk has a tendency to separate quite a bit, so I recommend using lecithin.
Instructions
- Place peanuts in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 1 minute.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid, add water, grape juice concentrate, and lecithin (optional). Replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense.
- Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
