Sunflower seeds are a particularly rich source of B vitamins, vitamin E and selenium which contribute to a wide variety of functions in the body that are essential for good health. Some of these nutrients have high antioxidant activity which help remove harmful oxidant molecules from the body.
On its own sunflower milk has a pretty strong taste but when combined with fresh coconut milk also made in the NutraMilk, it takes on a sweet subtle flavor that makes this a great dairy-free option.
