INGREDIENTS
For cashew milk
- cup (150g) cashews
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
For pudding
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 6 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 ¼ cup cashew milk or any other plant-based milk made with the NutraMilk
- ¼ cup cacao powder
For Dirt
- 8-10 pitted Medjool dates
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
*Yields 2 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
For cashew Milk
- Start by making fresh cashew milk with the NutraMilk:
- Place cashews in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 3 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid, add water and replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense.
- Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
For pudding
- Combine everything in a jar or bowl. Stir/shake to combine.
- Let sit for at least 30 mins to soak and soften the chia seeds.
- Blend in the Nutramilk or a blender on high till very smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency.
For Dirt
- Combine all the ingredients in the NutraMilk or a blender.
- Blend on low speed or process until it starts to clump together. Add a couple more dates if necessary.
Assemble:
- Start with a layer of dirt in the bottom of your cups. Then add a layer of pudding. Repeat to fill the cup. Sprinkle on the final layer of dirt. Enjoy!
