BRAZIL NUT MILK

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups raw brazil nuts
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1.Place the raw brazil nuts, dates, vanilla and salt into the NutraMilk.
2.Press the butter cycle for 1 minute and press start.
3.After the butter cycle is up, open the lid, add the water, and lock the lid back in place.
4.Press Mix and allow it to run for its default time.
5.Press Dispense, Start, and open the spigot to fill up your storage container for the nut milk.

SPICY HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz brazil nut milk
  • 4 oz filtered water
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 oz paleo dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
Optional Toppings
  • Homemade dairy
  • free whipped cream
  • Paleo chocolate chunk
  • cinnamon

Instructions:

1.In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients over medium heat.
2.Whisk continuously until everything is dissolved
and the chocolate has melted.
3.Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally.
4.Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
5.Pour into your serving glass and use toppings if desired.
