Mint Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
For hot mint chocolate
- 2 cups of almond milk made using your NutraMilk
- 2 oz. chocolate (I used a mint dark chocolate bar)
- 2 tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon
For almond milk
- 1 cup (150g) almonds
- 1 quart (946ml) water
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Create a fresh batch of almond milk using your NutraMilk.
- Place almonds in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 7 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Add water and replace lid.
- Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
- Press Start.
- Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container with almond milk.
- Place all ingredients into a pot on the stove and bring to a boil.
- Transfer to a mug and top with mini marshmallows. Enjoy!
