This creamy dip is full of flavor, slightly spicy, tangy with an umami taste- makes a perfect dip for your favorite veggies, crackers or quesadillas. You can also drizzle it over tacos, burritos, fries, rice- the options are endless! It will add so much deliciousness to any meal and loads of healthy nutrients your body will appreciate!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (135g) raw cashews
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
- 2 cloves garlic roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt + more to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 3/4-1 cup (9-12g) cilantro leaves
- 2-3 tbsp. lime juice
- 1-2 jalapeño peppers*, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

1/2 tsp. ground cumin
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add cashews to the NutraMilk and process until you get a creamy cashew butter.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Start with 1 jalapeño pepper and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Process until you get a smooth, thick and creamy texture.
- Taste and adjust for seasonings, adding more chopped jalapeño for a spicier cashew cream, more salt for saltiness, more nutritional yeast for cheesy/umami flavors, more lime juice for acidity or more water if you prefer a runnier consistency. Enjoy!
