These mango popsicles are a delicious healthy snack or dessert for those warm summer days. Made with fresh cashew milk and cashew butter made in the NutraMilk. Not only are they delicious but they are also full of healthy nutrients! They are vegan, and can easily be Paleo and Keto by substituting for appropriate sweetener. Enjoy!


For popsicles

  • 2 mangos
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk made with the NutraMIlk
  • ½ cup coconut cream from a can or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar or sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbsp. cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

For cashew butter and milk

  • 2 cups (300g) cashews
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
  • 1 quart (946ml) water for milk


  • Making cashew butter and milk
    • Place cashews and salt in the NutraMilk container.
    • Press Butter cycle, set for 5-6 minutes.
    • Press Start.
    • Open the container lid.
    • If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier.
    • Take out half of butter. Set aside 2 tablespoons for this recipe and store the rest for later use.

    • Add water and replace lid.
    • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
    • Press Start.
    • Press Dispense.
    • Press Start and open spigot to fill your storage container.
  • Peel and cut the mango, then add the NutraMilk with the cashew milk, cashew butter and lemon juice. Process until smooth.

  • Mix the coconut yogurt or cream, agave or other sweetener and vanilla extract together.
  • Place layers of the mango mixture and coconut mixture into your popsicle molds, alternating between each.

  • Use a large toothpick to swirl the mixture in the molds to get a marble effect.
  • Place the cover onto the molds and insert the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  • To remove the popsicles from the mold, run them under hot water for 30 seconds and then gently pull on the popsicle sticks.
