Making homemade baby food can be daunting, but it´s actually much easier than making any recipe for the rest of the family. Baby food is quick to make with just a few simple ingredients. Remember your baby is just starting to explore food, no need to add salt and sugar or try to make it super tasty. It´s best that they get accustomed to the taste of real simple ingredients and as they progress you can start exploring different flavors. You can make big batches and freeze to have on hand. Adding nut butters to purees is a great way to add nutrients and calories your baby needs to grow. Try this delicious recipe that not only your baby can enjoy but the whole family.
