If you don’t have a juicer, no need to worry, we got you covered with the NutraMilk!

You can easily make nourishing, refreshing and delicious veggie & fruit juices without a juicer. Some people use their blender and then use a fine sieve or a nut milk bag to separate the pulp from the juice- but with the NutraMilk there is no need to do that since it has a built in mesh filter system. It does the straining for you!

While some people use juicing for detox/cleansing or food replacement purposes, that has to be done very carefully and there is limited evidence regarding this use. However, juicing is a great way to add nutrients to your diet, to boost your immune system and overall health.

When you juice vegetables and fruits you get very concentrated amounts of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that are easily absorbed by your body and boost your health. It can be especially great for those who have a hard time including veggies in their diet.

Now with juicing you are not getting the fiber from the fruits and veggies which also have certain health benefits and help you feel satiated. This is where smoothies come in which include the entire veggie or fruit and its fiber content.

Smoothies and juices offer different benefits and can both be healthful additions to any diet- depending on what you are trying to achieve.

In any case, you want to make sure to choose the best quality vegetables and fruits, organic whenever possible and use just enough fruit to sweeten but not too much otherwise it becomes too high in sugar. You want your juice to be mostly veggies with a little fruit to sweeten.
