Have you ever added Nutella to your coffee? It's hard to go back to a normal coffee after you do! It´s creamy, dreamy and so flavorful! We made Nutella with the Nutramilk from hazelnuts which are loaded with healthy nutrients and Sunfood´s cacao & mushroom powder which was formulated for cognition and focus, really taking coffee to the next level. Enjoy!

For cappuccino

  • 1 cup coffee of choice
  • 1 tbsp. homemade Nutella with the NutraMilk
  • ½ cup milk milk of choice made with the NutraMilk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tsp. cacao for garnish (optional)
  • Whipped cream of choice for topping (cashew, coconut, etc) optional

For almond milk

  • 1 cup (150g) almonds
  • 1 quart (946ml) water
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)

For Nutella

  • Press Butter cycle, set for 7 minutes.
  • Press Start.
  • Add water and replace lid.
  • Press Mix (do not change the default Mix time).
  • Press Start.
  • Press Dispense, open spigot and fill your container with almond milk.

For Nutella

  • Place hazelnuts in the NutraMilk container.
  • Press Butter cycle, set for 15-16 minutes (for roasted, set for 4-5 minutes)
  • Press Start.
  • Open the container lid. If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.

For cappuccino

  • Brew yourself a coffee of choice.
  • Pour coffee in a mug, add 1 tbsp. of Nutella and stir well.
  • Foam the milk in the NutraMilk or milk frother.
  • Add the milk foam on top of your Nutella coffee.
  • Top with whipped cream and use cacao to sprinkle on top or decorate as you wish. I made a Christmas tree stencil (out of paper), placed it over the mug and sprinkled cacao over it. Have fun with it!
