Hazelnut butter provides lots of energy and many healthy nutrients. Hazelnuts have the highest folate content than any other nut. An adequate intake of folate is associated with healthy pregnancies, helping the spine and brain development of fetuses.

This butter is a good source of vitamin E (16% DV*) which helps keep your skin glowing and hair strong and shiny. It's also rich in copper (28% DV*), manganese, antioxidants and a storehouse of many other vitamins & minerals.

Research has linked hazelnut intake with healthy aging, decreased anxiety levels and helping prevent degenerative diseases. Making butter out of hazelnuts is one of the best ways to enjoy all the nutrition they offer since all the nutrients remain raw & intact, including the cardio-protective, gut promoting, satiating fiber.

*%DV: Percent Daily Value (DV) references how much a certain nutrient contributes in one serving of food in relation to the daily requirement.

Note: The key to gleaning the health benefits from nut and seed butter is to eat them in moderation. Stick to the serving size if you enjoy them daily!
