Nut Butter Medley
The options to create your own nut butters in the NutraMilk are endless. So many delicious combinations. Here is a classic mix that is delicious and full of healthy nutrients. Feel free to add anything else to the mix, such as a bit of sweetener of choice, cacao for your chocolate version, any other nuts or seeds you like, adaptogens, powders, etc. Get creative!
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup almonds
- ½ cup cashews
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Roast all nuts in oven for 8-10 minutes at 350F.
- Place roasted almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts and salt in the NutraMilk container.
- Press Butter cycle, set for 6-7 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Open the container lid.
- If necessary, set for an additional 1-2 minutes for a creamier butter.
